Terms of Service
Our dahlias are guaranteed to be true to name and to have a viable eye. For fall shipped tubers, we do not guarantee tubers stored over the winter. Any issues need to be reported by August 1st of the first growing season following purchase. We are not responsible for issues caused by weather, pests, or customer negligence. We ask that you send a photo to document the issue and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund as warranted.
This guarantee is limited to the purchase price only of the tuber and does not include shipping costs.
All orders have a flat-rate shipping charge of $10 per order. We cannot combine orders once placed.
